Affordable Meeting Rooms in Tottenham, North London: Rates and Room Sizes

"Affordable" gets used so loosely that it stops meaning anything, so here are our actual numbers. We hire meeting rooms and classrooms at 376 High Road in Tottenham, N17 9HY, from £15 per hour. There are four rooms seating between 8 and 24 people, you can book a single hour or a full day, and the price you see is per hour rather than a day rate you have to grow into.

What each room costs

Room 103 seats up to 8 and costs £15 per hour. Room 102 seats up to 12 at £17.50 per hour. Room 101 seats up to 16, also £17.50 per hour. Room 104 is the largest, seating up to 24 at £22.50 per hour. Daily rates are available too, so if you are running a full day it is worth asking rather than assuming the hourly rate multiplied out.

How to keep the cost down

The single biggest saving is booking only the hours you actually need. People routinely book a half day for a session that runs ninety minutes, because that is how a lot of venues force you to buy. You do not have to here. The second saving is picking the right size rather than the biggest available: if you have ten people, Room 102 at £17.50 does the job and Room 104 at £22.50 is money spent on empty chairs. The third is asking about a recurring slot if your session repeats, which is worth a conversation rather than booking each week cold.
